What is the minimum down payment to register?
The minimum down payment is Rp 5.000.000, and the balance can be paid in installments until 30 days before departure.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Refunds follow PPIU regulations: an administrative fee deduction applies depending on how far ahead of the departure date the cancellation is made.
What is the departure quota per month?
On average 2-3 departure groups per month, each with a maximum of 45 pilgrims so guidance stays personal.
What is included in the package?
Round-trip airfare, visa, hotel, ground transportation, meals, ihram equipment, and accompanying guides.
What if a pilgrim falls ill during the trip?
The team is backed by travel insurance and a health coordinator on standby throughout the departure.
