From a Small Seasonal Agency to a Permanent Companion
2011. Three siblings from Makassar organized Ramadan Umrah departures for family and close neighbors — at first only a dozen pilgrims per season, run from home.
Demand kept growing, especially from pilgrims who felt guidance elsewhere was too short and rushed. Rihlah Sakinah was built to fill that gap: support that starts long before departure day, not one that ends with a single manasik session.
Four Milestones Since 2011
Founded as a Small Agency
Focused on Ramadan Umrah departures for family and nearby pilgrims in Makassar.
Officially Registered as a PPIU
Received an official Umrah Travel Organizer license from the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
Opened the Special Hajj Program
A second branch opened in Makassar, expanding services to the non-quota Hajj Plus program.
